Open to everyone!
2024 will be our Second Annual Chalk Art Festival hosted by MainStreet of Fremont! It will take place on Main Street from 3rd to 6th streets. It will be during the annual Crazy Days outdoor sidewalk sales.
There will be three categories: Ages 12 - 17, Age 18+, and Group: All Ages. Applications coming soon.
This event is completely free to attend and open to the public!

Should I apply to be an artist?
Short answer: yes! This event is for everyone to show off their creativity. You don't need to be a professional to have fun. This is a great opportunity for a creative kiddo wanting to try something new, or a bonding experience for your family. You could use this as a team building opportunity for your staff, or gain exposure as an artist.

The Application Fee:

$25 for individuals

$50 for a group up to 4 people

Includes: T-shirt per person, food voucher per person (to use at a participating food truck), and 1 set of chalk
Application deadline extended! Turn incompleted application by July 15th!

Interested in Volunteering?
We are looking for volunteers for this event. The tasks range from set-up and check-in, to passing out supplies, to cleaning up. We only ask for 2 hours of your time, and it is greatly appreciated.
