Get ready for the spookiest event of the year, as Downtown transforms into a Halloween haven for families! Join us for "Halloween Hysteria," an evening where goblins, ghouls, and giggles converge for a night of safe and festive trick-or-treating.
Downtown businesses will be handing out treats for every little ghost and superhero! There will be various other events hosted by other businesses and organizations through the evening.
